• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ calls a day
• Provide outbound service calls to customers regarding service appointments
• Coordinate schedules of service advisors and service appointments
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts
• Update customer and vehicle information
• Maintain records for recalls, loaners, and orders
• Provide maintenance information based on manufacturer specs
• Participate in team process development sessions
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Regular attendance and punctuality
