Pecheles Automotive in Greenville, NC is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to bridge customers with our Service Team. You will help schedule service appointments, answer questions, and keep customers well-informed while maintaining detailed records.

This role requires strong communication, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A bilingual Spanish skill is a plus, and pre-employment background checks and drug screens apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ calls a day to schedule service appointments.
• Provide outbound service calls about appointments, recalls and missed services.
• Set personal goals aligned with productivity standards.
• Receive inbound calls and coordinate service advisor schedules.
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries with scripts.
• Update customer and vehicle information in the records.
• Maintain records for recalls, loaners, and orders.
• Provide maintenance information and recommendations per specs.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships.
• Use CRM tracking system daily and be punctual.
