Guardian Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to organize and manage appointment scheduling for inspections, repairs, and emergencies. The role emphasizes strong communication with customers and internal teams.

The candidate should be highly organized with proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinating routes for technicians and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced call center / telemarketing / dispatcher environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
• Must enjoy talking to customers and have a history of developing relationships with customers.
• Must be goal oriented and highly motivated to meet department goals.
• Self-starter with great organization skills, especially time management.

Responsibilities

• Continually call our large customer database to schedule appointments.
• Obtain information from customers for necessary inspections.
• Data entry of customer information.
• Develop daily routes by geographic area for 10+ technicians that meet revenue expectations.
• Answer customer calls to schedule inspections, repairs and emergency services.
• Other duties may include but not limited to filing, faxing, copying etc.
• Must communicate very well with co-workers and customers.
