Johnson Controls is seeking a Scheduling professional to optimize service delivery. The role focuses on coordinating field engineers, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring commitments are met across our fast-paced service network.

You will use an AI Scheduling Platform to design daily technician schedules, communicate with customers, and drive continuous improvement with branch and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience.
• Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Prior experience Coordinating/Scheduling in a service-related industry.
• Intermediate Excel Skills.
• Use of Oracle systems, preferred.
• Product knowledge of life safety equipment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field labor to meet customer requests and expectations.
• Utilize an AI Scheduling Platform to create technician schedules and assign work.
• Communicate and resolve scheduling issues with customers and staff.
• Monitor branch activity and implement improvement plans with management.
• Prioritize scheduling backorders and reassign work to manage expectations.
• Track technician activity and report status back to customers.
