Job summary

Cunningham Security is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to organize technician appointments and support daily service operations in a busy security services environment.

In this role you’ll connect customers with our field team, plan efficient schedules, and adjust appointments as priorities change. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential as you coordinate with technicians and the production department to keep plans current.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Schedule service visits and confirm appointment details with customers.




• Use mapping tools and scheduling software to organize efficient technician routes.

About the workplace
