RAM Windows is seeking a Service Support Coordinator I in Houston to plan, coordinate, and direct technical services, including shipment of manufactured goods, while acting as a liaison between customers, accounting, and the service department. Responsibilities include managing service work orders, scheduling repairs, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining accurate tickets.

The role requires strong organization and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, installation, service, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with processing work orders for service repairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely processing of service work orders.
• Manage inbound customer service calls with patience and urgency.
• Accurately take notes of service requests and provide detailed information to tickets.
• Schedule repairs with customers and assist with shop and field technician schedules.
• Route, schedule, and plan service technicians work orders.
• Communicate between customers and other departments to ensure completion of work.
• Ensure service quality meets required standards.
• Develop processes to streamline workflows and communication.
