The role works with customers, technicians, operations and internal teams, requiring strong organization, Excel skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, planning, dispatching, or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization and reporting.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls, maintenance activities, and technician assignments.
• Develop and maintain service schedules to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track schedules, analyze workload, and generate reports.
• Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate scheduling updates and priorities with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate parts and resources required for scheduled service work.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and planning documentation.
• Generate reports on service performance, scheduling, and technician utilization.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service appointments and scheduling.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and management to meet service goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling and operational efficiency.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
