Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Planner I to coordinate and schedule field service activities, balancing customer needs with resource availability. This role acts as a liaison between customers, field staff, and internal teams to maintain accurate service records and ensure on-time delivery.

The Planner I will manage work orders, monitor schedules, and escalate issues as needed. A background in scheduling, communication, and data analysis in a fast-paced service environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service administration.
• Experience with negotiation, data analysis, and balancing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests and schedule field activities based on priorities and resources.
• Coordinate customer communications, confirm appointments, and document updates.
• Assign and communicate work orders to field personnel.
