Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls with customers and coordinate necessary equipment/materials.
• Schedule emergency service with customers.
• Schedule subcontractors and lifts as required.
• Work with Service Operations Manager to review reports and upload for customer access.
• Communicate system impairments and service requests to the appropriate Manager.
• Interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Provide backup assistance on phones for the administrative assistant.
• Other duties as assigned.
