Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking an Ascending Service Manager to support the Service Manager, develop strategies, improve sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes accountability, leadership, and growth within an employee-owned organization, with training and career advancement opportunities. Travel to sites may be required, and a performance-based bonus program is offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proven experience in service and/or customer service.
• Certified Field Inspector or Service Technician is a plus.

• Develop and lead effective weekly trainings
• Evaluate field performance and deliver feedback in a 1:1 setting
• Create and implement effective development and disciplinary plans
• Learn all aspects of the Service Manager's Day to day responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned
