Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a Service Scheduler to work with our Windows Sales Chicago division. The successful candidate will live in the Glendale, Illinois area and will handle calls, scheduling, AP processing, and material orders while coordinating with customers and sales representatives.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service or office admin experience, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in customer service, office administrative work, and multi-line phones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to adapt and prioritize quickly
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized
