Job summary

SIERRA PACIFIC INDUSTRIES in Medford, Wisconsin, seeks a Product Service Team Member to provide effective customer service for our Windows division. You will work with the Service Manager, Inside Sales, customers, and sales reps to initiate and schedule service events to completion.

You will communicate service details with customers and distributors, assist with technical guidance, process service orders and warranties, and help monitor contractor performance and service metrics.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated window product knowledge.
• Working knowledge of e-Bid and AS400 order systems a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High regard for accuracy.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and schedule service events with Service Manager, Inside Sales, customers, and sales reps.
• Communicate and coordinate service with customers, distributors, service contractors, and sales department.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations of service.
• Assist customers with verbal and written technical guidance.
• Record inquiries, concerns, and/or complaints and revolve issues.
• Process service orders, warranty reorders, changes, and returns per policies.
• Assist with training seminars.
• Ensure insurance compliance with Sierra Pacific requirements for subcontractors.
• Process paperwork for subcontractors’ invoices.
• Issue work orders and guidance to resolve warranty field issues.
• Monitor service contractors’ performance metrics and in-house service metrics.
