Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a Service Scheduler to support our Windows Sales Chicago division. Ideal candidates live in the Glendale, Illinois area and will handle calls, scheduling, and administrative tasks to support customer service and operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in customer service, office administrative work, and multi-line phones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to adapt and prioritize quickly.
