This role handles calls, schedules deliveries, processes payments, and orders service materials, collaborating closely with customers and sales reps.

You will provide essential administrative support, coordinate service activities, and help maintain accurate service paperwork, contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in customer service, office administrative work, and multi-line phones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to adapt and prioritize quickly
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized
