Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a qualified Service Scheduler for our Windows Sales Colorado division. The successful candidate will live in the commutable Denver, Colorado area and support scheduling, communication with customers, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include handling calls, processing AP, scheduling deliveries, ordering service materials, and maintaining paperwork. Candidates should have 1 year in customer service and be proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1-year prior experience in customer service, office administrative work, and multi-line phones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to adapt and prioritize quickly.
