Universal Nissan‑Hyundai‑Genesis in Orlando is seeking a detail‑oriented Scanning Clerk to join our service department. In a fast‑paced environment, you will prep and organize Service and Parts documents for scanning, perform scanning into Scan Management, and ensure accuracy before documents are sent for shredding.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong time management, and the ability to lift 5–15 lbs; Tekion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and prepping Service and Parts documents to prepare for scanning.
• Scanning into Scan Management.
• Accuracy is key. Verification of all scanned documents is essential.
• Once all scanned and verified for accuracy, documents are then sent to shredding.
