In this fast-paced role you will manage warranty-related administrative duties, open and close repair orders, and ensure accuracy in documentation to support technicians and service advisors.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, dealership experience, strong math skills, and proficiency with Excel; CDK experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Prior experience reconciling accounts.
• Strong knowledge of math and accounting.
• Experienced with Excel.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Good time management skills.
• CDK experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Open and closing repair orders.
• Inspecting for repair order accuracy.
• Flagging technician hours.
• Posting and reconciling schedules.
• Working in Process Review.
• Scanning repair orders and backup.
• Other duties, as assigned.
