Job description

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the greater Memphis, TN area. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Year-end compensation (Base + Commission) for this position is between $75k - $100k.

Job Summary:
  1. Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
  2. Market efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
  3. Schedule customer visits as needed; prepare progress reports for management.
  4. Visit clients' facilities, build business relationships, and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
  • Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.
  • Experience as roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in growing market share.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious drive to sell and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
  • Effective time management and follow-up skills.
