Job summary

A leading recruiting company is seeking a Service Sales Coordinator to support the Preventive Maintenance sales operation. This role requires 3+ years of B2B sales support experience in a field services environment. Candidates should have strong CRM skills, Excel proficiency, and an understanding of preventive maintenance contracts. The position offers a salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus bonuses and full benefits. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales operations or sales support experience required.
• Field services industry experience required (HVAC, utility, facilities).
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance or recurring service contracts required.
• CRM experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support preventative maintenance sales across commercial and industrial accounts.
• Review proposals and contracts for accuracy, scope, pricing, and compliance.
• Assist with managing sales opportunities.
• Coordinate responses to government and municipal bids.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Service, and Finance to ensure accurate deals.
• Track sales opportunities and key deadlines.
• Ensure smooth handoff of approved contracts.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy.
• Monitor pipeline health and sales activity.
• Prepare regular sales reports.
• Support onboarding and training of sales team members.
