Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Service Coordinator within a Sales team or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience working with a mechanical contractor.
• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the service sales team with pre-sale and post-sale activities.
• Engage with customers verbally and in writing as directed by the Service Account Managers.
• Collaborate with external vendors to procure HVAC materials.
• Generate and manage purchase orders and maintain customer sales log.
