Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our service team and drive performance in a fast-paced shop in Ventura, CA. You will coach technicians and advisors, explain repairs to customers, and close service sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of service-management experience, a strong service-sales background, and excellent communication skills. Weekend support and growth into Store Manager opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team—train, coach, and motivate techs and advisors.
• Bridge between mechanics and customers: explain repairs and close sales.
• Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding sales and service targets.
• Partner with Store Manager on daily operations, scheduling and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, efficient shop aligned with company standards.
• Ensure every customer receives world-class service and trust.
