AVI Foodsystems is seeking a dependable Service Route Driver in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with a 5am start, delivering and stocking products to client locations and ensuring proper loading, unloading, and refrigeration.

You will interact with customers, maintain inventory, handle machine payments, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. The position offers a family culture, strong training, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Load the company vehicle with all products needed to service locations.
• Drive to transport products and food to client locations.
• Deliver, load, and unload products as requested.
• Stock shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold products in truck and at accounts.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by eye contact and smiling.
• Maintain sanitation and routine maintenance of machines at accounts.
• Care for the company vehicle.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Service Route Driver.

This is a full-time position in Indianapolis, IN. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, with a 5am start time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed to service locations
• Drive a vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in the truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle
