Job summary

Endries International Inc. is seeking a hands-on Service Rep to support customer accounts in the Hampton, GA area.

You will be on-site at client locations, service and stock delivered products, and respond to customer needs via phone, email, or in person. Ideal candidates bring excellent customer service, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while staying active most of the day.

This position will service customers in the Hampton, GA area.

As a Service Rep you will be on-site, front-facing, at our client locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required. You will also need to respond to a variety of customer needs via phone, email and/or in-person.

A successful candidate for this role will bring the following

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs - 50lbs and work on your feet 50%-75% of the day
