Endries is looking for a Service Rep to join their team in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will work on-site to service and stock products for customers, while ensuring excellence in customer service. Strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office are vital.

Job description

Do you enjoy some hands-on work and not being stuck in an office and behind a computer all day? If you answered yes to these questions, come join our team as a Service Rep and play a key role in our success to deliver superior service to our customer accounts! This position will service customers in the Hampton, GA area.

As a Service Rep you will be on-site, front-facing, at our client locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required. You will also need to respond to a variety of customer needs via phone, email and/or in-person.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs - 50lbs and work on your feet 50%-75% of the day

Compensation

We offer a competitive starting wage, based on experience and a bonus potential. We reimburse for steel toe shoes (up to $100 per year) and provide a clothing allowance.
