Job summary

MAA is hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician to maintain and prepare apartment homes for new residents. You will perform general maintenance and painting, pressure washing, and groundskeeping to ensure units are move-in ready and sites stay well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including painting and basic maintenance tasks.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs to keep properties in good working order.
• Assist with painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping and other upkeep duties as needed.
