MAA is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves performing general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartments and facilities are in good working order and preparing empty homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, and grounds keeping.

Qualified candidates have at least six months of experience in multifamily property management or related maintenance, and must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
