Job summary

MAA is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to perform general maintenance and prepare vacant units for arrival of new residents. The role involves painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and completing essential repairs to keep properties well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.

Responsibilities
