Job summary

MAA Fall Creek is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to maintain apartment homes and common areas, ensuring readiness for new residents. You will perform painting, cleaning, and basic maintenance to uphold high quality standards on a busy, outdoor property campus.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of related experience and can thrive in varying weather conditions. This role offers competitive benefits, paid time off, and advancement opportunities within a national multifamily

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including painting and cleaning.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks to keep property facilities in good condition.
• Conduct pressure washing and grounds keeping as needed.
• Assist with other maintenance duties to support team operations.
