Job summary

MAA Lake Lanier is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to ensure empty homes are ready for new residents. You will perform general maintenance, painting, and other tasks to prepare units, while also supporting groundskeeping and basic repairs across the property.

The role requires at least 6 months of relevant experience and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. MAA offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities as a leading owner-operator in multifamily housing.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in including painting and pressure washing.
• Perform grounds keeping and basic maintenance tasks to keep property facilities in good condition.
