Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering friendly service and administrative support to management. You will engage with customers, share information on our offerings, process bookings, and help build lasting relationships with patrons.

In this role, you will handle inquiries, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate records while upholding the venue’s welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Effectively handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position’s nature.
