Trinity Health Corp. in Livonia, Michigan, is seeking a full-time Call Center Associate to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for our Medical Group patients.

Minimum education is a GED or high school diploma, with an Associate's degree preferred.

Job Responsibilities: This role is based in a call center setting, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls for our Medical Group patients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving established performance goals.

Minimum Education: GED or High School level of education, required. Associate's degree, preferred

• At least one (1) year of work history, required.
• Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a call center environment is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION Pay Range: $18.00- $24.44 per hour Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
