Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Receptionist at Priority Honda Chesapeake in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, answering phones, greeting visitors, and delivering a positive first impression for every guest.

You will support showroom operations, route inquiries, and assist staff as needed. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a courteous, professional demeanor in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail in handling inquiries and messages.
• Able to act with urgency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Page employees as requested by customers in person or via telephone.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take messages when needed and ensure they reach the correct person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Other duties as assigned.

Total Rewards

The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is $17.
