Responsibilities:
  • Generate appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting and lead management to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Handle all incoming internet email and phone leads
  • Respond professionally and promptly to email inquiries
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources
  • Check email frequently and respond immediately to inquiries
  • Forward inquiries/messages to appropriate service personnel and departments
