Trissential, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Program Manager, Program Integration & Deployment to drive a large-scale SAP S/4HANA re-platforming initiative. You will coordinate across Salesforce, Analytics, and other technology teams to ensure governance, risk management, and successful deployment.

The role offers long-term engagement through 2028, visibility with senior leadership, and end-to-end ownership from integration planning through cutover and stabilization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies and enterprise transformation work.
• Strong program-governance, risk-management, and executive-communication capabilities.
• Experience managing enterprise deployments, releases, cutovers, or other large-scale implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integration initiatives across multiple internal technology teams.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and workstream commitments.
• Facilitate planning and alignment across business and technology teams.
• Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through RAID management.
• Remove cross-team blockers and escalate critical issues when leadership intervention is required.
• Monitor overall program health and provide concise status reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
