Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Service Writer to generate quotes for the service department, covering recommendations from routine maintenance and opportunities flagged by Customer Care Representatives and Core Sales.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely quotes and efficient logistics. On-site work in California supports warehouse solutions and parts/service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.
• Recommended preferred experience: bachelor’s degree and 2 years of increasingly more responsible administrative experience.
• 1-year minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide alternative quotes when multiple repair options are available.
• Present quotes to customers directly or to appropriate sales or service representatives as needs dictate.
• Follow up with customers on needed repairs, track quotes submitted and approved.
• Assist other departments in generating quoted jobs for the service department.
• Ordered parts that may be needed for repairs and coordinated with team leader on logistics.
