Job summary

1rti is seeking a Service Department Coordinator to be the primary link between external customers and our technical team. You will manage incoming email inquiries and generate accurate quotes while tracking inventory and sourcing parts for timely repairs.

Using our quoting system, you will identify needed components, calculate costs, and deliver professional quotes to meet department SLAs. A detail-oriented communicator with strong written skills and reliability is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, inventory, or a coordination role.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software with ability to learn proprietary systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail for quote files and monthly inventories.
• Able to lift 20 lbs. and pass drug screening/background check.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming service requests and produce accurate quotes for the Computer Repair Department.
• Track, close out, and complete all open quote cases in a timely manner.
• Compile and maintain detailed file information for generated quotes.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify parts and components needed for various projects.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Pick parts for repair orders and stage them for technicians.
