Job summary

BRABAZON PUMPE COMPANY LTD is seeking a full-time Service Writer to prepare service quotes, coordinate with the Service Manager, and keep the Service Department running smoothly. You will craft quotes from templates, gather parts information, and ensure accurate pricing for branch needs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, the ability to multi-task, and collaboration with internal teams. A mechanical aptitude is beneficial in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of technical customer service experience or strong mechanical aptitude
• Intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM
• Self-motivated with strong customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a team environment
• Solid organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with pumps, compressors, or vacuum equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Gather parts information in preparation of writing service quotes
• Calculate service quote total pricing
• Write service quotes from templates provided and share with Branch Service Manager
• Open work orders for Local Service Branch jobs
• Prepare Local Branch service orders and ensure parts are available for technicians
• Answer incoming phone calls for the local Service Branch
• Billing and maintaining open order report
• Maintain service schedule for the Service Center
