Job summary

Riverside Technologies Inc. is seeking a Service Department Coordinator to manage inquiries and prepare accurate quotes for the Computer Repair Department. You will identify parts, calculate costs, and deliver timely quotes that meet department service levels.

The role requires detail orientation, strong written communication, and the ability to balance vendor sourcing, inventory tracking, and client relations. Lifting up to 20 lbs and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of admin support, inventory, or coordination experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer components and hardware preferred.
• Proficient in standard office software and able to learn proprietary systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage quotes and inventory counts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and vendor relations.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming service requests and produce accurate quotes for the Computer Repair Department.
• Track, close out, and complete all open quote cases promptly.
• Compile and maintain detailed quote files.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Identify parts and components for repair projects.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Pick parts for repair orders and stage them for technicians.
• Perform other related duties to support department success.
