Qualifications

• PM experience in mechanical/HVAC construction/service preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills required.
• Ability to read specs, drawings and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage service projects from start to finish.
• Maintain project documentation: submittals, schedules, change orders, O&M manuals.
• Lead project meetings with clients, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
