Control Air Enterprises LLC, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Controls team as a Project Engineer. In this role, you will support Project Managers in the successful execution of ACCS projects, with a focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring project profitability, and advancing your own professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor daily project requirements for assigned projects
• Assist with project submittals and documentation
• Follow up with vendors and subcontractors
• Generate and track purchase orders
• Maintain project logs and internal job management records
• Solicit and evaluate vendor quotes
• Support change order (CO) estimates
• Maintain organized and accurate project files
• Assist with bi-weekly Project Manager reporting and preparation
• Utilize Project Management systems (basic proficiency required)
• Generate and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Attend monthly Job Team Development (JTD) meetings with Project Managers

Compensation

Pay Range: $37-$41 per hour
