Job summary

United Power is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage work orders for construction, upgrades, retirements, and capital projects. You will generate documents, invoices, and accounts, and maintain service orders for meter connects.

Role spans three levels with increasing complexity; requires strong administrative and coordination skills and the ability to work with Project Managers, System Design, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating work orders and billing processes in a utility setting.
• Strong document preparation and data tracking abilities.
• Ability to communicate with members and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work orders in billing and work order modules.
• Prepare customer decision packets and ensure cost estimates & documents are complete.
• Track invoices and related data in the system.
• Prepare and assign construction work orders with site readiness checks.
• Coordinate service orders for meter connects and subdivision maintenance.
• Provide coordination and admin support to Project Managers and multiple departments.
