Job summary

Findlay, a leading automotive group in the Southwest, is seeking a motivated team member in Las Vegas to support service operations. This role involves driving vehicles, coordinating flow, and providing courteous customer service to help maintain efficient dealership processes.

The ideal candidate is 18+ with a valid driver’s license, able to perform physical tasks (bend, kneel, walk/stand), and able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in all weather.
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
• Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
• Provides customer courtesy washes as requested.
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.
