Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant to help keep the sales lot organized, move customer vehicles safely, and ensure smooth traffic flow.

You will maintain parking areas, assist with vehicle deliveries, inventory, and showroom presentation; 18+ with a valid drivers license required. Training will be provided and a friendly, energetic attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in all weather.
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to maintain smooth traffic flow on the lot.
• Maintain orderly parking areas, displays, and showroom appearance.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process and manage delivery board and gas slips.
• Assist with lot and showroom organization and vehicle inventory.
• Assist with new car check-ins and dealer trades.
• Catalog and store keys; assign stock numbers to cars.

Responsibilities:

• Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the sales lot
• Maintaining an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips
• Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
• Assist with new car check in's & inspections/dealer trade in's
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
• Catalogs and stores keys.
• Assigns stock control numbers to cars.

Qualifications:

• Able to operate both automaticand manual transmissions.
