Job summary

Findlay Toyota in Henderson, NV, is hiring a front-line staff member to support our automotive operations. The role involves moving vehicles, guiding flow of service tickets, and providing courtesy washes to enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, friendly, at least 18 with a valid driver's license, and able to stand or kneel for extended periods in all weather. Training and growth opportunities are available in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
• Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
• Provides customer courtesy washes as requested.
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and verify accessories on the invoice.
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.
• Cleaning and upkeep: Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Greeting and assisting customers: Providing directions and answering basic questions.
• Enhancing experience: Ensuring areas are tidy and presentable.
