Job summary

Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff, AZ is hiring for a Lot Attendant to move customer vehicles, maintain an orderly lot and vehicle displays, and assist with the delivery process. You will help manage the delivery board, organize showroom spaces, and handle stock control tasks. The job requires physical endurance and a valid driver’s license for all driving tasks.

The role supports a fast-paced sales environment with emphasis on accuracy and presentation of vehicles on the lot and showroom areas.

Qualifications

• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Enthusiastic attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Must be minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth traffic flow through the sales lot.

Responsibilities

• Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the sales lot
• Maintaining an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips
• Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
• Assist with new car check in's & inspections/dealer trade in's
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
• Catalogs and stores keys.
• Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
