Job summary

Findlay Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant in Flagstaff, AZ. This role helps move customer vehicles, maintain the sales lot, prepare cars for display, and oversee the delivery process to ensure a smooth operation.

The position supports showroom organization, inventory management, and vehicle check-ins, trades, and inspections. A valid driver’s license and reliable mobility are required for all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly.
• 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the sales lot.
• Maintain an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips.
• Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management.
• Assist with new car check in’s & inspections/dealer trade ins.
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
• Catalogs and stores keys.
• Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
