Job summary

Findlay Auto Group in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant to help move customer vehicles, maintain an organized sales lot, and ensure smooth vehicle deliveries and displays. You will assist with inventory, check-ins, and showroom upkeep while supporting the dealership's high-volume operations.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, friendly, able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor preferred.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles to ensure smooth & efficient traffic flow through the sales lot.
• Maintain an orderly parking area, sales lot, vehicle display, and showroom appearance.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, manage delivery board & gas slips.
• Assist with lot and showroom organization & vehicle inventory management.
• Assist with new car check-ins and inspections/dealer trades.
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices.
• Catalog and store keys; assign stock control numbers to cars.
