Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Porter at Chevrolet of Wasilla in Wasilla, AK. The role supports the Service Department, greeting customers, moving vehicles, and assisting with service operations. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather. Valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or automotive setting preferred, but will train.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats.
• Identify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.
• Move vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.
• Retrieve customer vehicles for billing or as directed by the advisor.
• Maintain parking lot and a clean, organized work area.
• Assist the Service Receptionist with incoming calls.
• Assist Shuttle driver when needed.
• Perform clerical tasks as assigned by service management.
• Report safety or operational concerns to management.
