Swickard Auto Group’s Honda of Thousand Oaks location is seeking an entry-level Service Porter. No automotive experience is required as we will train you from day one.

You’ll move and stage vehicles, greet guests, and keep the service drive and areas clean, supporting advisors and techs to maintain workflow. This role is physically active, requiring you to stay on your feet, with a pathway for growth into technician, parts, or service leadership positions within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; training provided from day one.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to stay on your feet and be active during shifts.
• Reliable and punctual with a pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles between lot locations, service bays, and the service drive.
• Greet guests on the service drive with a professional presence.
• Keep service drive, lot, and common areas clean and organized.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with movement and staging.
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed for delivery readiness.
• Support the service team with general tasks to keep the department running.

What You'll Do

• Move and stage vehicles between lot locations, service bays, and the service drive -- safely, efficiently, and with care for every vehicle in your hands
• Greet guests on the service drive with a friendly, professional presence -- you're often the first face they see
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in the service department -- every car returned to a guest should leave in better condition than it arrived
• Keep the service drive, lot, and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and staging to keep the workflow moving without delays
• Perform vehicle wash and detail duties as needed to support delivery readiness
• Support the service team with general tasks that keep the department operating at full speed

What We're Looking For
