Honda of Thousand Oaks is hiring a Brand Specialist to welcome guests and connect their needs with the right vehicle. No automotive experience is required as full Honda training is provided from day one, and success comes from genuine hospitality and a data-driven approach to follow-up.

Develop your expertise through the Honda lineup, build a loyal local client base, and grow within a company known for guest-first hospitality across 40+ dealer locations.

Qualificações

• No automotive experience required and paid Honda brand training starts day one.
• Hospitality, retail, financial services, or consultative sales experience strongly preferred.
• Warm, authentic presence and ability to build trust with guests.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build a long-term book of repeat and referral buyers.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth before presenting any vehicle.
• Develop Honda product knowledge through paid training.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to connect features to guest needs.
• Build and manage a client pipeline with consistent follow-up and CRM.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase.
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI.
• Represent Honda of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every interaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what matters to them before presenting any vehicle
• Develop deep Honda product knowledge through paid training -- learning the full lineup, safety technology, fuel efficiency credentials, and the growing hybrid and EV portfolio well enough to guide any Conejo Valley buyer confidently
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that connect Honda's reliability, value, and technology to what each guest actually needs
• Build and manage a client pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- Honda buyers refer the specialists who took genuine care of them
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI
• Represent Honda of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- paid Honda brand and product training provided from day one
• Hospitality, retail, financial services, or consultative sales experience strongly preferred -- backgrounds where genuine care for the guest is the standard transfer directly here
• Warm, authentic presence -- Honda buyers in the Conejo Valley are value-conscious and family-oriented; they respond to advisors who are straightforward and genuinely helpful
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of repeat and referral buyers in a community where word of mouth travels fast
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
